I scout the location with the proposing partner in advance, then position myself far enough away with a long lens that the other partner never notices a photographer. Most couples tell us afterward they had no idea.

Can you help choose a location?

Yes. I know the Silver Coast well and can recommend spots in Nazaré, Óbidos, or along the coastline based on the look you want, whether that’s ocean cliffs, a quiet beach at sunrise, or cobblestone streets.

Do you offer elopement packages beyond photography?

I focus on photography, but I can recommend trusted local officiants, florists, and small venues if you’re planning a full elopement rather than a proposal.

Portugal’s coast has dependable weather most of the year, but if conditions turn, we move to a backup location or reschedule within a day or two whenever travel plans allow.

How far in advance should we book?

4-8 weeks is ideal, especially during peak season (May-September), though I can sometimes accommodate shorter notice. Reach out as soon as you have a rough date in mind.
