I photograph candidly throughout rather than stopping for posed shots. Nazaré works year-round. November to February brings the famous big-wave surf and dramatic skies, good for striking backdrops. Spring and summer give longer daylight and warmer water if swimming is part of the plan. I will suggest timing once I know your dates.
