Thousands of musicians gathered at the Estádio Municipal de Leiria to play together in perfect harmony, guitars, drums, bass and voices merging into one wave of sound. Being there as the event photographer was an unforgettable experience.

Rockin' 1000 brings together hundreds of amateur and semi-professional musicians to perform rock anthems as one giant band, and Leiria's Estádio Municipal was the stage for this edition. Guitars, drums, bass and voices merged into a single wave of sound, with the crowd as much a part of the performance as the musicians on the pitch.
Behind the lens
Event photography is about more than documenting moments, it is about feeling the rhythm, reading the atmosphere, and translating that energy into a visual story. From the sound checks to the final song, every second at Rockin' 1000 Leiria was filled with passion. My goal was to capture not just the performance, but the shared heartbeat connecting everyone on the pitch and in the stands.
